Cant leave ship if in Multi-Crew

So me and my friend where playing together in multi-crew i dock at a station and he cant disembark from the ship.
Why Fdev? Im a much better shuttle then apex why can the person sitting in Multi-Crew not f.ing dismebark

I believe it’s because in multi crew the other person is not actually there physically, only their hologram is. I am not sure about this though

You need to join the team at the same base then you'll get a choice of which hanger to go to - yours or your team mate. You can then board your team mate's ship physically so can then access srv or disembark with your team mates. Don't use multi crew as this is just telepresence.
