We Have A Tooth Taxon Ingame And A Species Which Was A Nomen Dubium Before The Game Was Even Announced, Your Point?
We know exactly what that tooth taxon is; a troodontid... one that served as the headliner of the entire family long before it was declared one tooth wasn't enough to confirm subsequent fossils weren't Troodon fossils. Regardless, considering how unique troodont teeth are, it seems safe to say we know what Troodon looked like.

We can't even decide what Andrewsarchus is and whatever assumptions we make about it have a much more obvious alternative. Adding Andrewsarchus would be sort of like adding Dravidosaurus, an animal originally interpreted as a stegosaur before being reclassified as a plesiosaur... its identity is a mystery and there are plenty of both stegosaurs and plesiosaurs that we know way more about that would make more sense adding.

The point is, adding completely unidentifiable animals, especially when there are easily identified better alternatives, makes no sense...

Andrewsarchus is known from a single badly preserved skull fragment, and it in such bad shape people still debate whether it was a mesonychian, an entelodont, or something else entirely.
While it's missing the lower jaw, the skull is mostly complete.

But yeah, it seems like a good idea to pick other better understood animals over ones like Andrewsarchus that aren't that well understood.

Here You Go.
