I don't think there are any RES, so Distress Calls & PA are local sources of bounties (that;s why I had a few - from investigating the distress calls earlier)

But, yes, the PA sites aren't gonna be efficient for this.
I got my BH vouchers from LHS 2065 prior CG start. There is just one outpost which do not offer restock, so I had to move my FC which is now parked near the haz RES.
