There are too many stars here,
and the heavens are never truly dark.
Oh, clouds can disguise it,
but even they don't hide the light.
Crowds of people move to and fro,
pursuing their motivations of the moment.
It seems to me a sad thing
to be so crowded, yet so alone.
Growing up on a far shore,
I did not know what a goose was.
Yet, in this time and at this place,
I can clearly hear the call of the wild geese.
I know that soon, I must go.
Humanity and I no longer share the same things,
and soon, I know I must again follow
the Wild Goose on to Distant Worlds.
I'm glad that you're excited about the future of ED and what it means for explorers. I'm incredibly happy to hear that this is happening, and may be tempted to join you fine folks on this expedition. :) o7 Ah, Dale is coming with us. Awesome! :D:D
