Club Aver is a privately run group of nightclubs spread out throughout Independent space. These clubs are underground, and typically easy to access, luring all sorts of people. Club Aver has been known for various scandals and run-ins with the local laws, as well as media notoriety for various drug overdoses, murders, slavery, and other activities taking place within the clubs. Local governments publicly rally against Club Aver, but continue to perform shady business dealings with the Club owner, Aqua Face.
The owner is now seeking to expand their horizons and publicly establish themselves as a power throughout various systems. However, to attain their lofty goals, Club Aver will need to welcome several new associates to their ranks.
