Consortium Pioneers in EOL PROU LW-L C8-133 is one of the original (9 or so?) NPC systems/factions set up after Jaques first arrived and founded Colonia.
I'm more puzzled by where Societas Incognitorum ended up, from Phase 1, and also why there is an empty system Eol Prou PX-T d3-374 which was originally listed as one of the Phase 1 rewards. Was Societas Incognitorum meant to go in there?

Oddly, no - the original factions in that system were Colonia Mining Cooperative (since forced out) and No Look Here Gang - Consortium Pioneers showed up later, just before the first CEI factions were added, with no particular explanation. (There is a CEI faction you can sign up for of the same name, too - no idea what will happen if they actually win a place...)
It caused a lot of confusion when they originally showed up and I don't think we ever got an answer...
Yes - as the original system has no planets, they got moved to a nearby one instead (which they've named Pergamon)

Weird about the Consortium Pioneers then. I wonder if the player group was named after an NPC faction (I believe some groups are like this, whilst others have had NPC groups created of the same name in their home system: our Privateer's Alliance has an NPC counterpart in the Bubble. In any case, the NPC group might spawn somewhere due to the BGS, but spawning as far away as Colonia seems bizarre).
