Communication is key.

I know you are busy trying to fix things right now, but there are a lot of people experiencing game crippling issues to the point of we cant even log in to play it. So that being said its time to start communicating with the player base with what you think is happening and how and when it will be fixed, because we are not seeing a whole lot of communication here. Explain to the people what is going on so they don't get agitated and start assuming things. I come to the forums and I should be seeing dev posts everywhere addressing issues, instead they are asking for screenshots of pretty places and planets, can we please fix this?

Bit of a Necro but I'd just like to point out that we seem to be gettin much more interaction and comunication about problems these days and that is a change, a good one and long may it continue.
I know we still don't have the info we want but I think that's more because the community team don't either. I've seen a marked improvement and want to say it's very welcome.
