It looks the same as on pc and to my knowledge there are no changes other than the controls and that you cant build as much.

Found a picture on Reddit showing the difference, it's really just the user interface has changed to accommodate the use of a controller. The graphics, animals, and anything else is exactly the same from the looks of it.

Consoles graphics look a little cleaner judging from those 2 pics.
