Hahaha no not me, Customer Services.

I live with some one who manages a Customer Services team.
He’s complains all the time about customers not being able to follow simple instructions posted on their website or trying to be clever and finding “work arounds” that ultimately cause the the customer and himself more head aches.

My point still remains the same:
Follow the information provided through official channels and wait for the web portal to open.

Yet I'm sure he still serves customers to the best of his ability and is not deliberately pedantic for the sake of it when the information required is supplied in a clear and friendly way.

They said "mid-morning UK" with an indication that means around 10:00 - 11:00 UK time.

A common misconception.

UK time is based on tea consumption time. If its coffee then take off three minutes.

Some question, I’ve read that the Xbox controller mapping is a one to one copy from console is this right? So when I plug in a Xbox controller all mechanics works like on Xbox? No new mapping? Or are there some functions which must be mapped at all?

Because at the moment on mouse and keyboard, the game feels weird for me (as an console player) I missed the simple controller inputs
