CQC Arena Conflict Zones?

I really enjoyed CQC while it was more active, aside from the awesome organised CQC groups I don't think I've ever found a game through queue (could be my location!)

Regardless, it would be awesome to see something like a CQC drop zone, possibly related to PP2, in a few pivotal star systems.
Players in any mode (Open, Group, Solo) could drop in to the zones, even taking elimination-count missions, and be launched into the instance flying their CQC build.

Something like this?

PVE zones could be more prevalent across systems, but only count towards missions, combat bonds, CQC levelling (not rank!)
PVP zones however might be limited to maybe one "hotzone" per bordering enemy power (though a maximum 66 individual PVP zones could be quite a lot)

One challenging question is, where would this leave the standalone CQC Arena?
Would it make sense to load them into power-based CZs?
Is it reasonable RP to teleport them there regardless of their main game locations?
What about unpledged players?
Other big questions would concern the game modes.

Semi-relevant mention on this topic:
4) Combat areas within stations - whilst I appreciate need to protect the NPC and access to traders/Taxi etc. I think there ought to be at least some space within a station that can feature combat. Guards could be present too. It would allow for a lot more player interactions with each other when on foot in station environments
In game stations and installations etc as triggerable CQC zones? Disruptive? Immersive and separable (instance based peaceful / battleground)

Either way, CQC is cool and I enjoyed it. Would be cool to see it baked into the main game in the future. Thoughts welcome as usual ☺
