You could try the check game file integrity option from the launcher.

What other game can you discuss and get help live from the exec producer while you wait to try new features? Noooooobody.

If you bought before the game's release on PC, you have standard beta. I bought it in September, no prob with any betas

Loaded first time for me, now keeps crashing when I try reload. On Windows 10, I wonder if it's related to a similar Direct X memory paging issue that would cause a BSoD in earlier Win 10 builds? Don't see anything in the dump files to point to it specifically. Going to restart and try again and see if I can reproduce it.

Edit: Looks like validating game files fixed it

Cannons and especially railguns still have high penetration.

yeah, but if a ship has only a CHANCE to blow up when the PP is destroyed, it means that you need a lot more ammo to destroy its hull.
So lasers are better then, since they dont have this issue...
