Attention all DRX CMDRs...
DRX has always maintained a strict policy of refusing all alliance and coalition requests, in order to ensure we would never be caught up in politics or fights that were not ours.
However, we have recently had a coalition request from the renowned Canonn Research Group. This gave us on the CT pause. Canonn recognising DRX means a lot. I have looked at Canonn's other coalition partners and I have not seen any group whose actions might draw DRX into situations we'd rather avoid.
SO, the question for ALL of you is:
Should DRX enter into formal coalition with Canonn?
This is YOUR group. This is your chance to have your say.
Do you value DRX's neutrality enough to refuse Canonn, in line with the other requests we've had previously (yes, there have been several, and we've said 'no' every time)?
OR
Do you think we should make an exception and work with Canonn in a formal coalition?

I follow the Canonn thread pretty closely and I'd say they're pretty neutral too, so in that respect the two groups would be a good match.
If cannon like us I say that's a good thing unless( playing mankind devided) they wish to use us for nefarious tin foil hat plots

Well, that's the kind of thinking that has caused us to refuse all previous alliance/coalition requests.
However, Canonn's rep is sound, and, more importantly, their existing coalition partners seem ok. (Although having said that they are allied with Guardians of Harmony - a group we have previously refused. [blah])
