I can't quite tell, but it looks like ship board fighters aren't actually shooting in these ax czs. Mine seem to just fly around a lot.
Which SLF are you using..

AI has been broken on human ship launched charging weapon equipped SLF as the Ammo in EDO was set at 1 and no reloads for EDO SLF,,. would be triggered... ( Dont know ir thats still in effect for EDO SLF after update 12)

The SLF in the zones from AI allready there fire but they like to take on Medusa class and high interceptors in EDH and left full size ships kill cyclops... they only attacked cyclops when the rest were dead...

Tried swapping out the lance for a ax taipan. She did the same thing. Never fired once.

EDIT: indicated incorrect guardian fighter variant.

Not even a Shipyard on the Mushashi or nearby systems to bring ships & guns . Great. Back to Asterope
smeg ton on FC less than 10lys with ship yards... to transfer ships too.... Out fitting for weapons is supplied...
No longer ever need stations as the players bring there own stations now..

OK Yeap as seen on the issue tracker its another exclusive feature of EDO pay to play beta support that you can't use them on EDO via AI to fight AX and is still in effect after update 12... as it was in update 11 ..
 
Just had a great time killing a Hydra with a group of randos.

The only thing that marred the experience was my elite NPC Trident shooting at nothing the entire time.

24 mil and still "Top 100%" ... wow. My first time both to gain 24 mil by more or less hanging around for a reasonable time, and to still stay in the 100% tier ... :D
 
So how do y'all feel after 3 weeks of continuosly 'goid spanking (2 weeks AXCG + 1 week AXCZ "warmup" without CG)

My gauss cannons melted down into a blueish glowing puddle, Salvation Plasmas as a nice refreshment currently in use. Guardian Sentinels already greeting me with my first name when I come around to pick mats for synthing guardian ammo. "Take what you need, bro" they say...
 
If you are in Open, also be sure to deactivate Report Crimes, as accitental hits to other players also result in fines.

With regards to bounties, in one occasion, I received the notification that I had killed an AX NPC (didn't really notice) so I received a bounty and later found out that I also had earned notoriety, however I carried on in the CZs without any problem. The only thing I did was to avoid going close to stations run by Azimuth, and once my notoriety faded I went to the closest Interstellar Factors system in the Plaiades, cleared my bounties and headed back to the Musashi to redeem the bonds.
I had no bad surprises.
Discovered this by accident because I picked up a small bounty and couldn't be bothered travelling to Pleiades to the IF in my short range FDL.

You can hand yourself in at Musashi or Bright Sentinel and they respawn you at the same place...i.e. no trip back from a detention facility.

The Capital-ship-CZ-combat is great. It’s thrilling, challenging and looks fantastic. So I hope Salvation will fail… 🤡


I tried several Ships - Krait, Challenger, FDL, Vette - and found out, that for these CZ the Vette ticks the most boxes for me. It’s tanky, nimble enough when fighting with Basilisks, and in contrast to the other ships better suited when dealing with caustic damage. 2 Gauss and 2 Salvation Shards is my setup. The Shards shred Cyclops, have much ammo and are also good for exerting the hearts of Basilisks and Medusas from a distance, then destroy the hearts with the Gauss‘.

I feel the same about the Vette. Actually, trying out other ships sounds like a plan (*dusting off a Cutter) . Thank you for inspiring me
 
They won't. The ammo bug was fixed for the Lance (more or less...) but now crew pilots don't see thargoids as hostile and won't attack them.
You know what they do with thargoids?
Claim for the 50th time "What is that. I've never seen anything like that before." When literally she's seen a dozen of them today.

The Cap ship CZs are great for a little experimenting and tweaking, too. Less punishment than soloing to try new things.

Many people can kill 3 cyclops with AX multi cannons or 1 bas with guardian then stop yep, youll need to go the extra and kill the extra cyclops or another bas... for over 30 million thats the extra push 25% are currently not willing to do...
The 50% is going to rise as the monday - weds players will be arriving these are the whiners that moan when a CG ends by Saturday night ad they cant partake on monday...
