I've now been in Delta Squad a month, and can honestly say it's been the best 4 weeks I've had in online gaming in a long time, the guys are friendly and relaxed, always answer my questions and point me in the right direction,
And participation in community goals and system wars is encouraged, but not forced(although I'd lean towards joining in whenever possible as it's so much fun),
so i can choose to fly with wingmen, or to do my own thing, be that smuggling trading, or working on my faction rep
