I have to admit. I am REALLY looking forward to powerplay. Huge fan of big multiple front strategy games. Huge fan of 4x space sim games. Huge fan of twitch based combat games. All in one bag?

I hope that wasn't just a reference to the UA that were found recently. They were not in deep space in my opinion, but...
I don't mind there not being stuff out there yet, but I'd just be a tad annoyed to get back from my 20k ly journey, only to find that that the area I extensively mapped is now home to an alien race. As I'm sure you would.
Me too, I can't wait for the Inflatable Asteroid Stations and more player driven sandbox features.

One has to ask: Is anyone keeping contact and a record of all these deep space explorers?
I ask, because, with all the rumours of, 'extra life' out there, coupled with commanders going off, sometimes thousands of light years from Sol, alone. Have any of them just, vanished? Are they all, safe and well, or are one or two, being probed as we all speculate here?
