You know I am presently seeing Karaya all over the place around Beagle Point.

Another here who has seen CMDR Star Falcon... got sick of seeing that tag going through NGC 7822 (especially all those 'O' class star systems in S171!!)
The Commander must have made an absolute fortune from that one area alone!! (Lots of Black Holes too!)
But Star Falcon also had determination... some of those black holes were 200 000 - 400 000 LS away from the main star!!
As an aside has anyone found a CMDR Uhtred Cromwell yet??

Only tag I remember fondly is Andargor, as that was found a-plenty when I went to Sagittarius A* to make some records about 'closest to Sagittarius A*' for Patau82's pet project back in the day. 
Generally speaking I tend to only take note if a system is tagged or not, not whom it was tagged by (if it's tagged, I tend to move along). Although I'm 99% sure I've seen Allitnil's name around in the black at least once...

The number reflects the number of different commanders that have seen a tag.
If you see the tag at least once it's enough. (To be honest i do not count the number of time i see a tag, but if i see a tag from a known CMDR, i keep it in mind.)
I saw Star Falcon a lot during my first trip.
I've added CMDR Uhtred Cromwell to the list, we'll see.

I've seen a few of yours on the way to Sag A* I think. I'm making my way out to the Formadine Rift at the moment, I'll let you know if I see any more systems tagged by you!

I've seen so many I couldn't possibly remember them all... Alitnil, ATT, CHIGGY VONRICTOFEN, Barefoot Bandit, Dognosh, Kamzel, Katejina, Marlon Blake, Marx, Bloody Nutter, Star Falcon, Stupid_Hippy, Surly Badger, Traveller_GG, Lance "Spacecat" D, Whiterose, Witzo, Chakotay Janeway, Xyzzx, Nip Nip, Karaya, Zulu Romero, Skit, Mad Dog, Cat Party (found in the Cat's Paw nebula!) ...to name a few.

Sorry OP, I've never seen your tag. I can tell you, however, that by the time I got back across the Abyss and Roncevaux Crossing I was ready to strangle CMDR's Thudpucker, Stupid Hippy & SkipSh00ter

The problem with this thread (for me) is that I have really poor memory for names. I just don't remember most of the time.
I don't think I've run into any "Thrawn" names, but can't be sure. I know I've run into a ton of Allitnil's tags, and when I was out near Beagle Point I saw a lot of forum names, unsurprisingly, but I didn't take note of them enough to remember now. Occasionally I've run into Qohen Leth, including my trip out to Explorer's End this week.
I've run into Kamzel, and I think the only place I can specifically recall Zulu Romeo is at Sgr-A* (of course). I've run into tags from Ishum in a few nebulae. Hard to remember who else.
I suspect few, if any of you have run into my tags. They just haven't been around long enough... lol.

Over the course of different exploration tours some names do stand out more than once-Att,Barefoot Bandit,Bloody Nutter,Calberon,Marlon Blake,Star Falcon,Stupid_Hippy seem to have scanned their way across the galaxy leaving their mark.In fact,if I do a tour and not see a Marlon Blake tag I feel I may have taken a wrong turn somewhere...........
