I can't recall seeing your name, but that's probably more a combination of me not being good at remembering names and having seen so many names out there. I think, I'm at a bit over 80k visited systems by now.
It's not very likely you'll come across mine, though. I mostly explore like a ninja, sneaking across the galaxy not tagging much except for the exceptionals or valuables.

Hey, since this thread looks active again, I might as well update my stuff since.

I've come across tags from the following CMDRs: Allitnil (big surprise, eh?), ATT, Derthek, Dognosh, Erimus, Frawd Digger, Jackie Silver, Kamzel, Katejina, Keraya, Marlon Blake, Nutter, Princess Luna, Spock Oddsocks, Star Falcon, Stulli, Stupid Hippy, Surly Badger, Thrawn29, Traveller_GG, Turambar, Wardse, Whiterose, Witzo. Not sure if Zulu Romeo would count for me, as I've only seen his tag twice, and one was on Sagittarius A* of course.
Special mention to Jackie Silver, because to every non-procedural cluster I've been to, no matter how remote, she's already been there and tagged most everything.
As for those who aren't on the list yet: Edelgard von Rhein, Matt Graham and Qohen Leth come to mind as people whose tags I remember seeing repeatedly. Besides the systems I've known about already, that is.

Also, a memorable name (whom I've only seen twice, so probably wouldn't count here): CMDR "CMDR Polarbear".
Oh, and since there's a stat next to my name, by now it's 49,525 systems visited, and 1,800,000 ly travelled.

I don't think the game journals track whose tags you've come across. It would be great to have an automatic accounting of this.

I've seen duckofdeath and if I remember your name, I've seen it several times. A lot of the CMDR names mentioned here ring a bell too.

I'm never considered myself an "explorer" though I've travelled around the galaxy and done lots of first discovered scans.
Only one ringed earth like.
