Well - if we go with the assumption that their will be 42 species (with the Deluxe edition)
Here is the List of 30 confirmed dinosaur species.

With the Fallen Kingdom DLC - we will likely get the following species.
Allosaurus (Fallen Kingdom DLC)
Baryonyx (Fallen Kingdom DLC)
Carnotaurus (Fallen Kingdom DLC)
Sinoceratops (Fallen Kingdom DLC)
Stygimoloch (Fallen Kingdom DLC)
And of course the Hybrids
Indominus Rex
Indoraptor (Fallen Kingdom DLC)
Other species which are yet to be confirmed but likely based on screen shots.
Diplodocus/Mamenchisaurus
Chungkingosaurus
Maiasaura/Iguanodon
Here's my best guess for the remaining 9 species in the game at it's release.
1. Giganotosaurus (Candeleros Formation)
2. Gorgosaurus (Dinosaur Park/Egg Mountain)
3. Muttaburrasaurus (Mackunda formation)
4. Ouranosaurus (Tegama Beds)
5. Mamenchisaurus/Diplodocus or Supersaurus *
6. Iquanodon/Maiasaura*
7. Therizinosaurus (Nemegt Formation)
8. Torosaurus
9. Rugops
* I basically think that both Iguanodon and Maiasaura , as well as Mamenchisaurus and Diplodocus/Supersaurus will be in the game. Iguanodon to unlock the Isle of Wight dig site. Maiasaura for the Egg Mountain dig site. Mamenchisaurus as China's most well known sauropod. Diplodocus/Supersaurus as a large, slim alternative diplodocid to Apatosaurus. Dicraeosaurus/Limaysaurus as a smaller diplodocoid, from Africa or South America.
Zuchengtyrannus is as big or perhaps even larger than the tyrannosaurus Rex.
There are no indications that Zhuchengtyrannus as large or larger than the largest known specimens of Tarbosaurus and T.rex. And reported claims of it being such are considered to be over-exaggerations. Based on the maxilla and dentaries from the holotype for Zhuchengtyrannus with the same bones from the T.rex holotype - the maxilla is about 8.5% shorter, and the dentary is about 13% shorter than those of the T.rex holotype. Keep in mind that the Zhuchengtyrannus holotype is less complete than the T.rex holotype. Still it does suggest that Zhuchengtyrannus is at best about 10-11 meters/33-36 feet in length.
By comparison - the largest known specimen of Tarbosaurus is roughly the same size as the holotype of T.rex (CM 9380) which is estimated to be about 11.9 meters/39 feet long.
But you do strike a good argument with Qianzhousaurus. Very likely that we'll see either Gorgosaurus, Tarbosaurus or Qianzhousaurus.
While I would like to see Qianzhousaurus in the game. I won't be holding my breath. It is such as new discovery that I think very few non dino-philes will have even heard of it. Gorgosaurus on the other hand is well known, and would make an excellent alternative to Albertosaurus. Which is why I believe is will likely be in the game.
Another small tyrannosaur - which is highly debated is Nanotyrannus. Yes - most paleontologists presently consider it to be a juvenile T.rex. However since - we have Dracorex and (Stygimoloch in the Fallen Kingdom DLC) in the game. Both of which are consider to be juvenile/sub-adult forms of Pachycephalosaurus by many of the same paleontologists. Who knows? Nanotyrannus would make a nice alternative to T.rex - kind of like comparing a Cheetah to an African Lion.
