This really bugs me. I of course want the comfort of all the dinosaurs to be 100% but for this type of mission which comes fairly often I have to force them to be unhappy?!
I of course like to see my dinosaurs fight, but I thought that this will occur every now and then. For example with my 2 Ceratosaurs or Velociraptors, I waited if I could see them play fight or just assert dominance but no, all I have to do is to make them unhappy (producing more of their species, until the comfort bar goes low). Even then, they won't just assert dominance, they're all just going to kill each other. I put one Dracorex too much in the paddock and after 2 minute 3 of them died. They even had deep flesh wounds all over their body, from what? Ramming their heads together like they are supposed to do? ! They shouldn't kill each other, at least not before there is a really bad overpopulation. They should barely hurt themselves and if hurt too much run. Especially Pachys and Ceratopsids should fight from time to time. For now my only option, to take some cool photos, is when at least one of them dies in the fight. I hope this gets fixed in the future, because for now I will dismiss those missions. A zoo that lets their (endangered) animals fight and be killed just for photos and entertainment would be banned immediately.

Please notice that there also should be proper herding, pack hunting and overall more animations.
I actually really like this game, but these mission really annoy me. Also because the dinosaurs don't show any interesting behavior until you force them to and they die from it.

My poor raptors are constantly being chased around by my ceras for no real reason other than that the ceras just appear to be bungholes. :p

Any mission that is not to your liking can cancel it and request a new contract in the control panel.

I do not like to fight my dinosaurs either, so I just do not accept missions that do not interest me.

I was worried when we were first learning about the game that we would be forced to abuse our dinos and make them fight, but no you can just cancel any nasty contracts like that and wait to request a new one, even for Security. I really appreciate that to be honest. A shame there's a few actual missions that are less than kind to our critters, but I suppose that's the point.
