Frontier, there Is a little chance that this list will be considered, but if you want you can take It I don't want any recognition.
I'm starting to realize that maybe the Quetzalcoatlus maybe too big to be in the Aviary. Just saying.

I think it would be cool to make the dinosaur count 120 by the time this game is abandoned by the devs. The only dinosaur I really want to see is Segisaurus because it was on the original park. Other than that, I would focus more on remodeling the dinosaurs we do have. Acrocanthosaurus and Spinosaurus are two that really need remodeling the most. (I also wish for movie roars)

Acrocanthosaurus is beautiful! And Spinosaurus looks like it did in the movie, doesn't it?

Spinosaurus as it looks in JP3 isn't really my favourite and I almost never use it in my park. As with the hybrids I like to have something that feels realistic, and Spinosaurus is very much just speculative because of how little fossils they've found.

And today's speculations make it a very very different looking creature, and one that looks incredibly beautiful in my opinion. I absolutely do not expect them to change that and with respect for the movies and other fans neither would I want them to.

The Acro is however both accurate to what today's studies would say it looked like and also one of the prettiest dinosaurs we've got. And the sound it makes is a much needed contrast to all the loud roars and moans in the park.

These are some of my picks, hopefully they're interesting and maybe a bit different:
1) Plateosaurus
312_plateosaurus_vlad_konstantinov.jpg

I really want to see more Triassic dinosaurs getting represented, especially the Prosauropods which are entirely absent in (I think?) all JP media; Plateosaurus seemed like the most obvious starting point for this in my mind as it is visually different enough from sauropods to be interesting whilst also being from the Triassic period, thereby boosting the number of early dinosaurs.

Alternatives could include: Melanosaurus, Riojasaurus, Mussaurus

2) Liliensternus

lophostropheus.jpg

Another one to bolster the number of available Triassic dinos, Liliensternus could be a nice small carnivore to add to the mix. Would be cool if rather than being a traditional carnivore that hunted other dinos it used a insect feeder or maybe a small carnivore feeder that dispensed lizards for it to hunt.

3) Pelicanimimus

pelecanimimus-mauricio-anton.jpg

I feel like there's not a huge variety between Gallimimus, Archaeornithomimus and Struthiomimus. As such I think Pelicanimus would add a bit of variety to the class, with its rather pteradactyl-like features. Would also mean there would be a European ornithomimosaurian.

4) Amargasaurus/Agustinia

Amargasaurus+2.png
latest

I know Amargasaurus is a fairly common request, but I'd honestly be happy with either one of these dinos, partly because they look cool but also partly because I feel like there's a lack of long sauropods; most of them are tall, with only really diplodocus and apatosaurus representing the low and long side of sauropods. Shunosaurus would also be a good one.

5) Any armoured sauropod

latest

There are a few dinos that could work for this: the one in the picture is Pelorosaurus, but anything like Saltasaurus, Ampelosaurus, Antarctosaurus etc. would work.

6) Scelidosaurus

Scelidosaurus_NT.jpg

A very unique looking dino plus one of the first ones to ever be described, so historically of significance too. Part of me wants it to be included in a Richard Owen pack along with Megalosaurus and Hypsilophodon!

Alternatively you could have Emausaurus instead, or maybe Scutellosaurus

7) Cryolophosaurus

d1jxb4j-aac5c78a-c7da-4cab-b473-80deab89129b.jpg

What's not to like? An antarctic carnivore with a crest, what more could you want. Maybe do it as a free christmas update Frontier? Go on

8) Tarbosaurus

tarbosaurus-2-m_fa20.jpg

We've only got Velociraptor as an Asian carnivore currently, so it would be good to add some extras in to bulk out the roster. You could also throw in Indosuchus & Monolophosaurus maybe as an Asian carnivore pack?

8) Masiakasaurus

3671106.gif

Partly because I think we need more African dinos, partly because I want more small carnivores and partly because it looks cool.

9) Protoceratops & Psittacosaurus

tumblr_mpd8y4JACb1spmwbxo1_400.jpg
psittacosaurus-mongoliensis-sergey-krasovskiy.jpg

I feel like what I really want is a big Mongolian dinosaur pack which includes these 2, but even if that wasn't the case then I'd still definitely want these by themselves. Maybe as a ceratopsian pack? Either way I feel like they'd be great little additions as they're so distinct.

Let me know what you think!

So for Jurassic World we get with the DeluxeDinosaur Pack an Archaeornithomimus with was mentioned by Claire Dearing in Jurassic World. What about some sort of DLC for Jurassic Park where Tim Murphy mentinoned a species named Bellusaurus. This could come along with the missing Segisaurus and possible Mussaurus.

Okay what? The Acro is no where near accurate

Okay what? The Acro is no where near accurate
The head is not accurate, true. The "hump" on it's back is. Some people have been asking for the hump on it's back to be reverted to the inaccurate "sail" seen in older depictions.
But almost none of the dinosaurs are really accurate in the Jurassic franchise. The T.rex besides the broken wrists has numerous changes to the skull to make it look more dramatic.
While I do value accuracy in dinosaurs very much. It's clear the Acro head was probably sculpted the way it is to make it look different from Giganotosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus.

Alternatives could include: Melanosaurus, Riojasaurus, Mussaurus

Mussaurus was on the TLW novel. And I think a DLC or various DLCs adding the species from the novels, which are missing from the game, would be a cool idea:
Mussaurus, Hadrosaurus, Othnelia(Nanosaurus), Hypsilophodon, Microceratus, Callovosaurus, Procompsognathus, Cearadactylus, Coelurus and Ornitholestes.
What they could add?
Mussaurus would be different from any dinosaur on the game, adding more variety in general.
muss.jpg
Hadrosaurus is the only one wich has not much to offer, since it's just a different duck herbivore for the dino list.
c6afb1b6bab2a933b8f500ace8fde4fe.jpg
Othnelia(Nanosaurus) and Hypsilophodon would add more small herbivores which are not from the mimus family.
Nanosaurus2.jpgHypsilophodon-fleshed.jpg
Callovosaurus would be a curious addition. Callo apears at some novel editions instead of Microceratus. It's a dubious iguanodontian, it could have been a small Camptosaurus or a Dryosaurus, but currently is clasified as a small primitive iguanodontian.
callo.jpg
Microceratus would be the hervibore equivalent of compys. It's a very small ceratopsian.
micro.jpg
Procompsognathus would be the game changer, since it's just a bit bigger than the Compys, but much dangerous for the visitors because it has venomous saliva.
compy.jpg
Cearadactylus could work as an alternative for Pteranodons on the aviary.
ceara.jpg
Coelurus would be on the same cathegory as Pro-compy, being bigger than the Compy but smaller than the other small carnivores.
external-content.duckduckgo.com.jpg
Ornitholestes is where I have more doubts, old depictions shows him with a small horn, loking almost like a Proceratosaurus, but I have found some newest ones where he looks more like a primitive dromaeosaur, with toe claws. Both could work in different ways.

Dinosaurs that Definitely Need a Remodel in JWE:

APATOSAURUS :2015 Skin
This Dinosaur I admit is my least favorite of the sauropods in the game right now, why you ask well the Animation of Diplodocus is more closer the movie version than the Actual Apatosaurus in JWE, no offense Frontier but it's a little chunky for my taste it looks like a brontosaurus rather than apatosaurus don't get me wrong I love brontosaurus but the Jurassic world movie apatosaurus from 2015 was awesome to look at and the wavy tail but also the legs looked even better on the movie variant of this dinosaur then it does in the game because I don't know why but I think that this dinosaur doesn't look good with those chunky legs this image shows what the movie variant looks like and then you compare it to the game variant of apatosaurus.

Apatosaurus.png

ALLOSAURUS : BATTLE at BIGROCK SKIN 2019
Of Course ALLOSAURUS in battle of bigrock is too awesome to leave out from JWE since Triceratops & Brachiosaurus & Other Dinosaurs got a beautiful make over with Return to Jurassic Park Skins so I'm hoping Frontier will give the ALLOSAURUS love too.

PTERANODON: 2015 SKIN
We can't have a jp3 pteranodon without a Jurassic world pteranodon as well because it looks so awesome just as much as the jp3 pteranodon. I hope Frontier reads this and adds this skin too.

(Owen Grady themed DLC dinosaur options)

If there is going to be an Owen Grady focused DLC in the future, here’s a list of dinosaurs I have thought of that could work out if decided. If an Owen DLC is to be a thing, it might be carnivore focused, just like how Claire’s DLC is herbivore focused. If so, then I have a number of dinosaurs below that are mostly carnivores.

1. Utahraptor (North America): If any new carnivorous dinosaur is to be introduced in an Owen DLC, another raptor species seem like a good candidate. Utahraptor, a giant sized dromaeosaur from what is now Utah, dwarfs both the Velociraptor and Deinonychus in-game, as well as humans. Because of this, it would probably be classified as a “large carnivore” with a rig similar to the Spinoraptor, another dinosaur classified as a large carnivore.

2. Teratophoneus (North America): A tyrannosaur is another possible candidate for new carnivorous dinosaur introduction for an Owen based DLC, and Teratophoneus, a tyrannosaurid from the same formation as Nasutoceratops in-game, seems like the best option to me for good reason. A corpse prop of this species name was made for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. It was placed just outside communication station entrance.

(The prop in the making.)

(The prop on set in the movie to the lower right.)

6E6A20E8-4444-4058-B42E-BFB0D8690C03.jpeg

(A fan-made hypothetical but rather pretty cool restoration of what the Teratophoneus corpse prop would look like as a living dinosaur by DeviantArtist InGenttoday.)

3. Shantungosaurus (Asia): Just like how Claire’s Sanctuary introduced a new carnivore when it’s a herbivore focused DLC, for an Owen DLC, which I speculate would be carnivore focused, a new herbivore or two wouldn’t hurt. Shantungosaurus, an enormous Asian hadrosaur in size, could maybe play out something differently in regards to carnivore relations due to its size, something to make it different from all the hadrosaurs in-game just like the Iguanodon among the three current iguanodonts.

4. Therizinosaurus (Asia): Another herbivorous dinosaur from Asia, but one with huge elongated claws! If an Owen DLC is to introduce a new dangerous herbivore, this could probably be one of them. And guess what, the Therizinosaurus was established in the lore of Jurassic World as a genome use for the Indominus rex’s powerful long arms and claws. In fact, Therizinosaurus was even mentioned in the Indominus rex’s Dinopedia entry in-game as one of the dinosaurs used in its creation.

5. Segisaurus (North America): If new small carnivores are to play a roll in a hypocritical Owen DLC, Segisaurus, a tiny theropod from the Jurassic period known from incomplete remains, and is a species established in the lores of the films, can be a good candidate.

6. Coelurus (North America): Continuing with the idea of smaller carnivores, Coelurus, another Jurassic period theropod, is another possible candidate I can think of. It was established in the lore of the film series as a listed species on the in-universe DPG (Dinosaur Protection Group) list.

7, 8, and 9. Viavenator, Quilmesaurus, and Pycnonemosaurus (South America): These three dinosaurs are all abelisaurs from Cretaceous South America. They, accordingly to a holographic text of the Indominus rex’s hologram from Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, their DNA (along with Carnotaurus, yet another abelisaur that is already in the game) were used for the hybrid’s scutes. So, they are all basically established species to have their DNA recovered and utilized in the lore of that film.

04E8DC14-92B8-40A2-A75A-EF148D965029.png

(This image above is fan-edited to include that text of the abelisaur species from Wikipedia with that unprofessional red line. But the blurred on-screen text in the picture is an actual thing in the film. The Wikipedia text was added by whomever took and edit it to help you understand better what the blurred text is saying (because of the poor video quality) a bit more clearer.)

I have doubts that all of these three abelisaurs will ever make it into the game.
But, if they are to be planned and decided to, I think an Owen DLC could do, if it focused on carnivore behavior, hypothetically. These three abelisaurs could indeed play a role for specific missions for behavior related stuff all together.

(Other generic dinosaur options)

Just an ordinary species option list for wherever these dinosaurs are to be released if planned and decided.

1. Amargasaurus (South America): A sauropod dinosaur that had elongated spins that ran from it’s neck to its back.

2.
Protoceratops (Asia): A small ceratopsian dinosaur with a sharp beak that it used as a defense when in combat with small carnivores like Velociraptor. Such an event was even captured and preserved from what is now the Gobi Desert.

3.
Shatungosaurus (Asia): A giant herbivore from what is now China, it is the current largest known hadrosaur in the world.

4. Oviraptor (Asia): A created dinosaur that was once thought to be a nest raider upon discovery.

5. Coelophysis (North America): A small carnivorous theropod from the Triassic period with a long skull, neck and tail.

6.
Rugops (Africa): An abelisaur dinosaur that is thought to be a scavenger rather than a predator due to its skull structure. It was even a candidate species used in the creation of the Indominus rex.

Excellent list! Love these picks!
Rugops was new to me and reminds me of the Sinotyrannus that i suggested in my posts, and Shatungosaurus is pretty similar in size to the Magnapaulia hadrosaur that i also suggested! We think very much alike 😉

We really need more exotic-looking dinosaurs, huge herbivores and more medium sized carnivores..

Maybe scavengers could be a new thing? Or perhaps some very picky omnivores?
Dinos that could eat either or but don't attack herbivores of medium size +. And with the special food distribution thingies they maybe only eat fruit and meat? Fruit and fish because they're on a diet? 😁 jk, but i want more types of cross-specie interactions! And omnivores/scavengers could perhaps be an alternative! 👍

Btw, I'd love to see that flightless pterosaur nicknamed "Dracula" added to the game! It'd be perfect! Since Quetzalcoatlus is too big to fit in the aviary we could have this other huge pterosaur in our ordinary paddocks! :D
It's a brilliant idea, indeed!
Very much so!
Ah, such splender!
Marvellous!
Spread the word!

I know what you're thinking why these dinosaurs particularly why these tyrannosaurs of course a lot of you are asking this why would I would choose these particular dinosaurs well for starters they're absolutely cool awesome looking dinosaurs secondly we still lack tyrannosaurs at least two more from this group would give us a variety of This group. Currently we have tyrannosaurus Rex and albertosaurus however of course many people are going to mention proceratosaurus however I would have to literally label that dinosaur as a tyrannosauroid. so here are dinosaurs that are closely related to T-Rex and albertosaurus.

GORGOSAURUS- A Tyrannosaur considered to be the cheetah of its time, while albertosaurus is the nervous wreck kind of dinosaur being paranoid this dinosaur gorgosaurus could be more aggressive then it's albertosaurus cousin if it was added to the game and also be hard to contain.
flat,800x800,070,f.u2.jpg
a-gorgosaurus-libratus-stands-sergey-krasovskiy.jpg

QIANZHOUSAURUS-a flat snouted tyrannosaur about the same size as gorgosaurus but from China, it would absolutely be a thrill to see a large carnivore from Asia considering that the only large carnivores from Asia are pretty small in the game right now so I recommend to Frontier to include this unique tyrannosaur, also for those of you who would say what about tarbosaurus well if you look at the T-Rex and you look at the tarbosaurus they're pretty much the same animal but except T-Rex's larger but I know many of you are going to pull up that image of the toy tarbosaurus however let's not forget that it's not yet displayed on any Jurassic world movie material yet, Frontier could make their own version of tarbosaurus to distinguish it from T-Rex, so why choose a dinosaur like tarbosaurus when you could choose a dinosaur like QIANZHOUSAURUS who is a unique tyrannosaur.

ALIORAMUS-I absolutely believe this dinosaur would also be a unique smaller tyrannosaur to be included into the game Frontier if you're reading this please consider this dinosaur as well.

alioramus-remotus-a-prehistoric-era-sergey-krasovskiy.jpg

TERATOPHONEUS-a Canon dinosaur related to the tyrannosaurus Rex and also referenced as a carcass in fallen kingdom a skeleton in the movie in the Lockwood Manor and of course a deleted scene of a teratophoneus dinosaur hunting a baby Triceratops. Of course this dinosaur is expected to be added to the game due to its appearance in fallen kingdom.

(Marine Reptile Species Option List)

For sure, the Mosasaurus May appear at some point in the future for this game because it’s such an important animal in the Jurassic World trilogy saga. But, what if more than that is to be planned and decided as well? Well, here’s my list of hypothetical additional marine reptile options, assuming there will be more than the Mosasaurus, that is. At minimum, I would assume there shall be five species, but if not, then perhaps ten maximum.

This list ties in with this conceptual thread I made months ago: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threa...te-dlc-and-how-it-could-work-in-depth.527304/

1. Plesiosaurus (Europe): A long necked marine reptile that paddled through the Jurassic seas with its sea turtle-like body.

2. Ichthyosaurus (Europe): A small marine reptile with similarities to fish and dolphins in build that swam in the Jurassic seas.

3.
Kronosaurus (North America and Australia): A large, powerfully built, predatory marine reptile from the pliosaur family, during the Cretaceous period’s seas.

4.
Dolichorhynchops (North America): A small plesiosaur with a short neck and an elongated skull from a vast Cretaceous inland sea.

5.
Elasmosaurus (North America): A plesiosaur with an extremely long neck that may have help it catch unwary fish from the Cretaceous inland sea.

6. Shastasaurus (North America and Asia): A colossal toothless ichthyosaur that roamed the endless sea of the Triassic.

7.
Nothosaurus (North America, Asia and Europe): An amphibious sea reptile that swam the endless sea of the Triassic.

8.
Prognathodon (*many): A smaller relative of the Mosasaurus that swam all across the Cretaceous seas.

9.
Ophthalmosaurus (Europe): A large ichthyosaur with eyes adapted to help it hunt around in the depths of the Jurassic seas.

    • i overall like the idea of Hybrids ingame, unless they are only come in extra DLCs
      • rework (or atleast available as an alternative skin/model) of the Ankylodocus like here
      • rework (or atleast available as an alternative skin/model) of the Stegoceratops like here (or more simple like in JW Alive)
      • maybe a carnivore-herbivore mixture (maybe they can even eat both things then)
      • more complex hybrids, not just 2, over the top example, Trex base + nodosaurus back + carnosaurus horns + Spinosaurus Arms
      • a bigger Dilophosaurus, afaik this dinosaur could be much bigger and the film dilopho maybe was just very young

Mapusaurus-A large carnivore with a high social need would be an interesting dinosaur to manage.

Found in the the Huincul formation.

Huincul formation dinosaurs include Mapusaurus, Argentinosaurus and Skorpiovenator.

Argentinosaurus-very large sauropod that would need lots of space.
