Not sure about this week's stream, but it's not guaranteed that it will end up on Youtube at all (as has been the case lately iirc). Twitch is the main streaming platform for Frontier's Elite streams now. But trying to answer your question at least for Twitch: Very soon. I don't know an exact time though.

On both YouTube and Twitch the VOD is available immediately, as soon as they start streaming.
That's six entire months of not interacting with one aspect of communication with the community. That's a very different thing.
Sally when people complain about the lack of CM interaction on the forums we definitely aren't looking at you. As I have said in multiple posts you took the better communication and ran with it and I thank you for that .
