Move the slider all the way to the right, roll the mouse wheel to zoom out as far as you can, and you'll clearly be able to see the SOO colonisation chain snaking out of the bottom right hand corner of the bubble.

Maybe someone should do their civic duty and visit all those systems (and visit the stations' commodity markets while at it)?

The event has finished, there won't be any more concentrated effort. Everything else from here on will evolve organically.

It has concluded and we're building up colonies now.
Unfortunately due to the 15ly range limit it's not possible to get inside the nebula itself, we need to cross gaps that are just over the limit.
