I made it to Beagle Point! Posted this news in the wrong forum page so here it is again.

I know I am way ahead of schedule but I hit all the waypoints. The XBox Distant Worlds roster was only 24 people, two thirds never left the bubble and two others on the roster only planned on going to Sag A, which they made it there but went back to the bubble. So it was a very lonely trip with less than ten of us spread out thinnly across the galaxy. Well, I am starting my journey back with a bit of a hangover. I am willing to go on this trip again after Horizons is released for X Box One.

But at the moment BP is penciled in for the first and second week of April. It is likely to be a week-long event with multiple landing times at the designated base camp, as by then we expect the fleet to be more dispersed and all arriving at different times due to how difficult Stages 4 and 5 will be for a lot of players.

Ok. I'll be away from April 2nd till 9th. So I still hope I can participate. Nonetheless. I'll be at BP at that time. :)

13:45 CET - Depart for Thor's Eye via Aucoks CT-T B9-5
14:12 CET - Not paying attention, reading reddit, almost ran out of fuel. Jump to Swoilz IT-G C27-12 trinary. Start fuel scooping just as I hear "main fuel tank drained". Huh.
16:26 CET - 1 jump away from Thor's Eye, logging off and going to see deadpool

tldr; expedition got me playing elite again.

Finally caught up with the fleet, sorry to ask such a newbie question but is there anyway to join the main instance at Saga? Only 3 CMDR's here and I would love to see and join the madness!

THanks for the info, and thanks Kancro Vantas for accepting the friend request. Didn't make it in but was watching the stream, sounds like the total hit around 100 :)
