DLC18 discussion and predictions

Maybe, but the trees could be argued that they just used any tree clipart that they saw and used it. The whole tent thing is weird, and I believe it's not a tent but a simplified mountain. It's supposed to be in the back, after all, not up in our face. About the lanterns and flags, well you got me there
Seems weird if they would do a mountain this undetailed now.
For other animal packs, the stuff in the back does seem to speak into the theme of the pack or be items actually in the pack:

Literally my biggest pipe dream is that if this is a bigger pack we get anywhere from 2-4 birds. I don’t even care if they are all “easy clones”
  1. American flamingo
  2. Grey crowned crane
  3. Greater Rhea
  4. Some type of waterfowl
  5. Some type of pheasant
  6. A new penguin
  7. Anything, I am that desperate
I just hope Frontier throws me a bone. I’ve come to terms that we will never get the birds and monkeys I personally need, but I still don’t think that’s a good excuse for the amazing work that we can see frontier do for birds.

I just want to build some good tropical houses, guess I’ll get into modding once this dlc comes out.

So you're telling me Frontier is using the released picture as their cover art, it features three highland animals, yet it's supposed to be promoting a zookeeper collection pack with animals from many biomes... If this is true, Frontier blew it because it makes no sense from a marketing perspective. Out of the three animals featured prominently, only the baboon would qualify as an iconic animal in a zookeeper collection pack and we can't even see them all that clearly. The Pallas Cat would not be the headliner for a zookeeper pack. All signs point to a Highlands pack; it doesn't really make sense any other way.

Was it the official art though, is it just the key art?

If the dictionary's anything to go by, there may be 3 "groups" to it. Asia (Hamadryas baboon, Pallas's cat, markhor), Africa (Kirk's dik-dik, Coquerel's sifaka), and Oceania (Goodfellow's tree-kangaroo, short-beaked echidna). Anything else is probably gonna be a hook for PZ2 down the line.
I believe this is a 15$ pack with 11 habitat animals and exhibit. I'm speculating 8 animals from Dictionary, Palla's cat, 2 other habitat animals and the King Cobra

It's clearly the keyart though, its in the same style as with the other animal packs. They just used the keyart as a teaser, they did the same thing with the Park Manager's Collection Pack for JWE2.
Shouldn't we avoid comparing it to JWE2 as it is a franchise game with Universal, that was quickly rushed and ended for the upcoming movie?

What? I don't see how that's relevant, or how that changes the fact that, even ignoring how they've used keyart to tease things before, the image shown is obviously the keyart.
Then why couldn't they just tell us the name man, they literally showed us the keyart and then said its done...

I still am not that into the whole Mountain Pack Idea as this is the final dlc and the 6 other dictionary animals can't fit this final theme. It just feels very weird as Markhor and Hamadrya's who were in the Dictionary was shown but the others not.
