I'd love to get a Yak!
That would be pretty disappointing, but to each their own.
Glad someone checked because I had intended to. Normally I don't take announcement dates for granted but this one seemed to have corroborating evidence with the challenge dates, hmm.No community managers online. What if it is not at this time.
Bharal, tahr, chiru, urial, argali,... I would be happy to see one of them, too.So we got 2 rainforest animals, 1 shrublandy one and a temperate one.
Decent chance for another himalayan animal to vary things up, what you think are the odds they shove in another caprid in for of the baral, tahr or something?

It's possibly one of the worst choices for an ungulate ever since it's not found anywhere... It's a cool animal but I wouldn't want another Saiga on my hands
I would have loved a fishing cat, too. But it would definitely count for the challenge as semi-aquatic. Thus for me, the fishing cat is unlikely so I changed my preferences to golden, bay, marbled or leopard cat over any more Panthera sp. big cats.
