Yep. Just checked again. Donation missions
1mcr = ++
500kcr = +
300kcr = +
So nerfed them.

Also I haven't seen a single navy rank mission since update hit yesterday. Not one.

With further testing, there seems to be little change to the effectiveness of courier missions. However naval missions don't seem to be appearing.
