I cant say I care too much.
With the Ability to not just Slow down an Opponent but Effectively Deny him the Ability to Boost and thus mostly also the Ability to Fly without Flight Assist.
This basicly means that any PvP Player now has to Carry at least one Weapon with this Effect to make sure he doesnt Fight at a Severe Disadvantage.
It also means that Speed Builds are Severely Nerfed. As this effectively allows to Negate a Speed Builds Advantage entirely.
But thats no Different to before.
Its just a Change of the Meta.
Instead of being Forced to Carry Heat Lasers and Heat Sinks we are now Forced to Carry Drag Frags and Potentially Missile Defences to prevent being hit by Heat Seeking Drag Missiles.
Its just one more Reason to Stay in Private and not Join the Toxic Swamp called Open Play.
