Earth's Moon should have a First Footfall tag of CMDR Neil Armstrong

As the title suggests, the Moon in the SOL system should have a First Footfall label manually applied to it, with the name of the first person to have set foot on it. Commander Neil Armstrong.

It seems fitting, don't you think?

I'm honestly surprised it doesn't. But I was also surprised when I learned the stations in Sol were Lincoln and Gorbachev instead of Armstrong and Gagarin.

There is an impact crater there now. Few 10s of years ago someone tossed out garbage into space and it turned into kinetic missile hitting Neil Armstrong footprint on the moon. This accident made Federation to issue permits for Sol system access to prevent further garbage being dropped by pilots with questionable origin.
