I'm pretty annoyed....
I guess mine attempted process around the same time as Wokawidget's. As far as I was concerned, I didn't need to change any payment processing details as I intended to use the same card as I had for the deposit (all the details were still valid) and the email I received the other day only prompted me to change anything should I wish to alter my existing payment details.
This morning I wake to find that payment couldn't be processed - because something wasn't complete. I didn't receive an email to inform me of this, just got "lucky" enough to check my order details on the OR site before going to work.
Updated now, but I have a sinking feeling that I'll be seriously bumped down what is an automated system (I guess).
A less than stellar ordering system.
