Did all you chaps who got mails pay by CC or has anyone who paid by Paypal (so, ie, paid up when the order was placed) get a mail yet?

What him ^ said. The email is specifically about payment being taken due to DK2 being ready to ship (not actually shipped.) Paypal users were charged in full at the time they ordered (by Paypal, not Oculus).

Morning all.

Has anyone from blighty got any confirmation yet? I am still showing as pending. Perhaps OP (TJ?) could update the 1st post with the current league table and update the names with location and what time their orders were updated?

Just an idea, not sure if they would be too much hassle? I will of course update when I hear owt (Cambridge UK, March 19th 11:24am)

Congrats, that is great news for you.... dissapointing for me as it hints that UK orders that are getting theirs in batch 1 have probably been updated already.
I expect full updates, and kerrash/nattehonde type youtube vids of ED

Fixed formatting, corrected the psudo twins by renaming -zalamander- and reinstating zalamander. Also corrected my time (it was out by 1 minute).

I messed up...... I was there hovering over the buy button within mins of it going live, however I hesitated and decided to green light it with the boss (aka wife) 1st.

a mistake for sure, but its not all bad......

If I am in batch 2 (which I would expect to be honest) it should not be too long to go now, as 10k were meant to be out of the factory by the end of july, and batch 1 is only 5K. Also the week delay of batch 1 apparently has no bearing on the progress of batch 2.

so by the time mine comes, a number of apps and games should have been updated to have full DK2 support. I am not a dev, so truth is it is probably more important that people who actually have VR software to update get theirs.
