I'm having trouble getting the Carrier data to update. Nothing appears on the CAPI tabs. I've Re-authorized and confirmed access with Frontier and everything seems to be in order, but I'm not getting Carrier info.

Any ideas appreciated.

Looks like it's stuck in a loop reading journal entries

Are you on 16.0.3? There was a bug in previous versions that made EDD try to write the data to a non-existing folder and thus not showing anything.

Yes I'm on 13.0.3

Looks like the last CAPI update was on 8/15/22

Strange - Finances and Services tabs are correct

Keeps looping but never seems to get the data - all my other Frontier API connected functions are working. Attempting re-authorization was a bit odd in that it didn't behave as normally expected, but then indicated it was connected on the settings screen and it is in my authorized apps on my Frontier authorizations page.

That's no journal reading loop, that's just a message indicating that the DB is being read (and not stuck).
Please try if creating c:\code makes the CAPI work (although that should be fixed).

Created Folder code C:\code

Re-started - no change

Cargo stats and finances are correct - Itinerary and CAPI tabs not working

Didn't see anything in the log file

Jumping Carrier is shown on EDD as I await jump. Maybe that will get things back on track.

If not - is Re-building indexes recommended?

Now shows Carrier in correct System, but still no CAPI data

I did index rebuilds - no help.

The subtabs labeled CAPI are fed by the CAPI, the others are fed by default journal events - they are in no way connected.

Also: Sorry I was wrong, the CAPI requests are in the .log files, not the .hlog files.

Seems to be working now - a few reauthorization attempt later...

CAPI Stats and Items populated

CAPI Ships/Modules still blank, but that may be due to near full capacity on ships and storage modules.

I'll give it some time and then delete CAPI subfolder if it doesn't work.

You should now have that lines in your log file, you could look in the response (or quote it here) if the missing info are missing in the response or just in EDD.

I'm only missing the Ships/Modules tab - so I guess it's not the end of the Galaxy or anything :)

Just bugs me when something isn't working right.

I've hit the re-load arrows a few times but still blank. I'm going to leave EDD running for a few hours undisturbed to see if it populates.

You're talking about the ship and module packs that can be bought for your carrier to sell?

2. If you're talking about said packs: You didn't just buy them in legacy mode after the galaxy split?

1. No - I thought it was a report of my ships and modules onboard in my shipyard and Stored Modules.

Same for modules as INARA reports all my Fleet and Stored modules Inventory.

My bad...
