Afterwards i tried to manually sync with edsm/eddn/eddb - nothing.
Opened other 3rd party app 'ED Market Connector' - updated market data on docked station immediately.
PS: Tested it with a specific station and looked for updating on the eddb site.

if your doing advanced filter for commodities
- Don't put in a System if looking for commodites!! I just learnt this recently (e.g. Dont Put in Wyrd for this weeks CG)
- Just the Station your checking (e.g. Vonarburg Co-operative - this weeks Aegis 3 CG)
- Schema Main Group - Commodity.
- Software - ED Discovery
RE System thing, I was in discord with the creator of EDDB and he explained it to me.
"Systems" dont have commodities, just things like FSD Jump etc, so Systems and Commodity are incompatible search parameters and returns Zero results.

I docked at Gallun's Inheritance in Shinrarta Dezhra system.
I only searched for the station name.
The top 3 entries shown in the pic came from me.

Just relogged into game again at same station, and put EDD in admin mode.
Still only the docked event sent.
Update: NEVERMIND, my fault!
In the EDD Commander's settings the entries in section 'Frontier Companion API(optional)' were EMPTY.
After entering the needed data, it worked.
Forgot to enter data after my CMDR's name got renamed.
But thanks for help - it brought me on the right path.

EDDN has a duplicate checker. So if you send it with EDMC and EDDiscovery one of the message will not be transmitted.
Solved - see above.
Btw, is it planned to transmit the 'outfitting' of a station too?
Could be helpful, if e.g. new weapons like Anti Xeno stuff got added to stations. (even if it's known that they're available on planetary bases in specific system)

Probably... We regularly trigger a false positive on at least one virus scanner per release :-\
Can I use EDdiscovery on IPad???
is it possible to use EDdiscovery on iPad (IPad Air to be precise)? I have a second monitor but it's duff and dead on its feet, my iPad Air however is just sitting there and I would love to know if it is possible to use it for EDdiscovery? And finally, sneaking a second question in... How do I integrate EDdiscovery with EDSM? My API is in EDSM...but I don't know how to import my travels or anything? Any help with either of these questions wins a bucket of Painite and an Interdiction Free Pass for a day at a system of your choosing. Cheers Cmdrs o7

EDDisc exports your travels to EDSM (& scans etc), unless you disable it, I think it's on be default, check the settings tab.
Go to the settings tab, select your commander in the grid, click the edit button and paste the API key from EDSM in there and then it should all sync up for you.
If you want to see the details of bodies you've scanned in the systems in EDSM then you need to enable syncing to EDDN as well.
iPad version, I'm afraid not.
I have just today registered with EDSM - I imported all my journal entries for that commander, worked OK - edited that commander in EDDiscovery to send and receive to EDSM and send to EDDN and stuck in my APIkey. However, subsequent short trip my jumps and scans were not updated to EDSM. Am I going to have to manually upload my journals or is there something in the settings of EDDiscovery that I have not set correctly?
It should work - something wrong with the API key is most likely. If you select the 'Log HTTP requests' option on the settings tab and then stick the trace for your next session (%user%\AppData\Local\EDDiscovery\Logs\ and get the newest file) somewhere I can get to it I can have a look.
