It's set for whatever your time-zone options are set to in your forum profile. Along with if you have auto-detecting of DST enabled or not.

The patch time runs on BST, it was meant to be finished at 6pm BST and now a little longer. It's almost 6 am here..np.

Every Online Game have problems with Updates -.- But its OK i wait but what i hate most is: That they dont say a word about it or where the Problem is.
