Still only received the email on one of my alts and not my main despite signing up again before december 20th :/

3 months in to the New Year and still no word can we please get an official response whether this is going to happen or not I resubscribed to the Newsletter in December as was suggested but have also not gotten anything since them.

We have identified an issue where some Elite Dangerous mailing list subscribers did not receive the 10 Year Personalised Journey email and we'll be sending out another wave of emails today!

Thought I may have missed it. The last Elite Dangerous email I had was for Update 18, The Titans back in Feb 2024 so presume I'm still on the list. Have subscribed again just in case.

For such an unessential thing really I find myself saddened more about it than I should be, but it would have been nice to know about my ships usage,

I re-signed up after seeing this thread, even though I never unsubscribed in the 1st place. Still nothing.

With no other response from the Fdev team or CM since the original post and I posted something along the same lines in January where we had no response and we haven't had anything since??
I would like to be proven wrong but there is more chance of getting EDO on Consoles than getting a response now .

IIRC there was a reply. It basically said they can't send it out again (after a second attempt?). So if you haven't got it, that's it I'm afraid.

The only Dev post in this thread is the OP by @Paul_Crowther which said they were going to investigate in the new year.

For those who still do not receive an email by the end of Friday 20th December 2024, please make sure to sign up to our marketing mailing list at the bottom of this page to receive future emails from us: https://www.elitedangerous.com/

Please note that signing up now will not immediately send you a 10 Year Personalised Journey email due to GDPR rules and how the data was gathered from the pre-existing mailing list. We will investigate sending newer sign-ups this information in the new year.
