Greetings Commanders,

We have identified an issue where some Elite Dangerous mailing list subscribers did not receive the 10 Year Personalised Journey email and we'll be sending out another wave of emails today!

For those who still do not receive an email by the end of Friday 20th December 2024, please make sure to sign up to our marketing mailing list at the bottom of this page to receive future emails from us: https://www.elitedangerous.com/

Please note that signing up now will not immediately send you a 10 Year Personalised Journey email due to GDPR rules and how the data was gathered from the pre-existing mailing list. We will investigate sending newer sign-ups this information in the new year.

Thanks Paul, and to all involved behind the scenes looking into this at such short notice. Fingers crossed I'll get the "personalised" version today, after the generic "your journey" I received yesterday.

I would love if y'all would do this in January for folks who are signing up today. This was a delightful surprise for folks who were signed up, but it'd be a shame for folks who weren't aware of it to miss out!

Sounds like I'll be getting mine in the new year then, if ever. Bit gutting but I understand GDPR is VERY strict. Unless there's a way I can pass support along the email addresses used so they can create a symbiotic link temporarily for this, so I can get a link to my stats.

Never received an email, I think my cookie settings might have had something to do with it? I resubscribed after accepting all cookies and I guess I will wait and see. I thought I was already subscribed because there was something way back that got you a free decal or somesuch if you did. Oh well, a very cool thing for those who got it and if I don't, I think I will survive. 😜
