Since he(?) only joined the forums today - possibly. What is he going to say when he realizes that, in order to actually play the game, he'll have to
- spend some hours reading a manual
- spend some days playing through the tutorial
- spend at least one day setting up his control bindings
Eh, that's an idea - Wolfpack79, if you just bought the game, you could actually spend your time going through the manual. Launcher, top right. Unfortunately, that one is still 2.4, so you'll also have to read the patch notes and update threads.
P.S.:
It's not quite that bad, but many a prospective player has left in howling frustration after skipping the above and then battering their head against the brick wall that is ED's learning curve.

I'm sorry that you had to unfortunate timing of just buying the game, but the statement I highlighted in red is simply not true. Plus, today's update was announced around a week ago and has been in the works for months.
