What you should be worried about is the one fact that they removed Odyssey gameplay from streams this week. Meaning they are no longer trying to promote Odyssey. Why are they do it? Only CM can answear that.

Hey Stanley - to answer your concern:

We plan our streams quite far in advance, it's always been the intention to continue to stream Horizons content throughout our schedule, especially in the time between PC and console launch. We want to play some CQC with the Horizons players!

Odyssey gameplay will be resuming next week as was always the plan!

Ironically I'd play it if more people did! It looks great fun but whenever I've tried there's never enough people to get a match together

It's not your job to answer the questions. They hire people to do this. You only make thing look worse then they are.

On the first part: indeed. It's my interpretation of the situation. My reply was based on trying to be fair. If it actually makes it look worse than it is, that's interesting. Compared to how much you seem to have blamed FD in your posting, which i replied to. But of course, it's personal perception.

That is not the foundation of computing in general at all. It never was (going back to '79) and all the way to present. Any time I have sold to a customer, they have asked for delivery time frames and where necessary, a schedule was agreed. That agreement became contract and the purchase made based on that contract.
You were lucky. It depends where you work, no doubt.

Why does the community team does not engage in talks about what really affects the community?
Evading the issue is not the solution, its just letting it fester hoping it would go away (probably will go away but with the downside of taking a chunk of free game advertising)

There really needs to be a big change in the way Frontier treats its players. At this moment in time they don’t deserve this fantastic creative community, and if they don’t re-embrace it or stop disrespecting it, they’ll lose it for good.
Nothing delivers it better than the quote from one of the key community players out there.

Sad to say there hasn't been any concrete response to the massive backlash from all content creators, proving the garbage choices that management took.
Also, the default executive apology that just skirts over everything and shift blames while downplaying what really happened. Felt like a page from recent failure coughCDPRcough and subsequent apologies.

Have a backbone and show your community that you care. Own up to the mistakes fully.
Show everyone if this game is just a cash-cow or a respectable creation that is truly worth it.
