Tbf, if there's going to be a sneak-peak/early-look at the new SRV on Wednesday's (formerly Tuesday's) stream, why not just be frank and direct about it? The unnecessary vagueness is what leads to misconceptions, false expectations, disappointment, and complaining (although the latter would happen regardless haha!).

"Hi CMDR1, is there an Elite dev stream on today, I heard they're showing the new SRV?"
"No CMDR2, that stream's been postponed to Wednesday now, and it's not a deep-dive stream about the SRV."
"Oh okay, are they still showing the SRV though?"
"Uhh, maybe I guess? They aren't clear on what they're showing."
"Huh, okay, cheers."

Unfortunately the cat's out of the bag / srv out of the Cobra MKIV now .

I'm going to be frankly honest , I have no ill will towards the CM's doing their work, but this entire thread in my view is showing an inconsistency with commitment to showing highly anticipated content. To my opinion, this appears to be "flip-flopping" when the community has already had hype and expectations and now seeing replies from Zach and other managers passing the buck on the seriousness of what we were told.

I rarely contribute to such discourse in the forums now a days, but seeing the latest CM's responses in this thread has concerned me to such a level that warranted such expressions.

But to be honest Im really curious if they will show how this new SRV look and add some juicy details BEFORE we can get one on live ... not much time for that remain :) (unless something unexpected will happen ;) )

Only they are not the ones we wanted. We're getting ones with poorer performance for niche uses. It is not what we've been asking for.

Meh, is all I can say about that.

Top of the ship towards the star, definitely. I use a VR headset, and with the star above my ship, I can keep my eyes on my heat and fuel levels, the star itself, and my next jump at the same time. I hot jump when near the Bubble, so keeping all three elements in my field is definitely useful.
