Never did any grind for engineers. Just did them as I went along. Never understood why people have that need.this game used to be good before the engineering was added into this game now u are forced to engineer just about everything u own if u want to get anything done with it everyone is sick of the grind for the matts
all ready have 15 fully engineered ships getting really sick of the grind just for 1 shipWell if everything has to be done now now now, then yeah, you will have to grind your bootie off. Doesn’t that make it your decision, though?
Thats easyjust want to go back to the old days of no engineering and flying my cobra and being able to do what ever i wanted and i have to engineer the gently caressen thing to get anything done
... everyone is sick of the grind for the matts
Getting that maximum jump range, and maybe a little extra speed to oomph out of a situation, is an understandable aspiration. At the higher grades, materials don't just fall into your lap, so Dev's Whottsis and material trading becomes crucial, and thus a distraction from everything else.Never did any grind for engineers. Don't engineer then? Also, that's how every game works. You grind your level/rank/status/designation, etc up, get more gear/ships/weapons/cars/guns etc, cant afford X; grind money, get it.this game used to be good before the engineering was added into this game now u are forced to engineer just about everything u own if u want to get anything done with it everyone is sick of the grind for the matts
This. ↑↑↑↑ Always this. No one determines "good pace" bar you.A good pace is determined by the player. No one can make you progress faster than you choose to. Tell me, how exactly are you being forced to do anything in game?
They didn't ask mine, so guess they're full ofWow! I haven't even met everyone, much less taken the time to ask their opinions.
Been to Dav's and Jamesons once. For the story. G5 mats rain on me every week. I get about 5 for each of the 20 massacres I take each week. Got no use for them. Then there's the ones that drop from the condas I blow up to do those missions.Getting that maximum jump range, and maybe a little extra speed to oomph out of a situation, is an understandable aspiration. You don't have to engineer anything to get anything done. Just do whatever it is you're doing without engineering.just want to go back to the old days of no engineering and flying my cobra and being able to do what ever i wanted and i have to engineer the gently caressen thing to get anything done
When I came back to the game a few months back, it seemed that bounty hunting in RESs had been nerfed. Ships were much harder to finish off (and using nastier weapons), and that meant more time to fall foul of the authorities, or make some other dumb mistake. So I started the FTL grind instead.Been to Dav's and Jamesons once. For the story. G5 mats rain on me every week. I get about 5 for each of the 20 massacres I take each week. Got no use for them.
