Well she is a german journalist so she kinda had to take the german flag
And by the way she and her colleague behind the camera were very friendly and kind and they made their homework to ask sensible questions about ED
Content of the german part:
In the german part at the end she explains what she has seen under the rift (Lakon 9...starting inside the station...later an automatic hyperjump to another system...marvelling at the wonderful sun and finally she entered a big battlezone) and that (to her surprise) she didn't feel any simulator sickness (due to the cockpit where your mind can orient itself AND of course because you are sitting in rl and in the cockpit). Then she asked me how I was chosen for the ambassador-mission (FD asked for a german backer here in the german subforum and in our fan-forum (elitedangerous.de) and that everybody is welcome and can ask for help...and I told her that as soon as I read about it my email was on its way to FD)...and as last question she asked: 'What was the first Elite you played?'...and I said 'The first one of course...I am old enough for that

Agree. I think best of the interviews we have seen now (good interesting questions, and she knew how to ask them).and they made their homework to ask sensible questions about ED

We few chosen to do an ambassador-mission are filled with pride to be able to do our little part in ED-history. Bringing a legend back to life

And just for the record: Kerrash really did an awesome job representing the UK-community...he was also a great friend there...you should be very proud of him

It was poor for several reasons. The 'we have work going on in the background' was the least of the problems as far as I could tell.
Firstly the streamers clearly don't have a clue about ED.. shuttling around in sideys says they haven't played the game, the comms with others.. a complete catastrophe and an audio-able nightmare.. and episodes of wondering around not knowing where to go to find anything interesting to showcase the game was pretty lame.
It was pretty obvious it was a last minute affair with no real thought on even demonstrating playing with others.
I'm disappointed because when lots of people tune into a bad stream like this it simply undermines the game.
Whilst its perfectly do able to stream with no cam of the player these guys just fudged it up and didn't even give an interesting explanation of whats going on.
PC Gamer.. meh!

just change the first letter of Gamer to L and you got the idea why they did it
but yeah, in standard beta 2 you need to know where to go to fave fun and there are enough such places, nav beacons (especially in anarchy systems), conflict zones at Eranin 2 and Dahan 3 (must say Dahan 3 is more conflict zone as Eranin 2 is more like safe haven), also just flying around in anarchy system is fun for couple hours, also completing missions, scanning pirates...
anyway currently we are limited so better media will pick up pace and cover ED when we can have some real nice things, like reputation and full mission system, coop play and upgraded comms, mining etc.
