I think we can both walk away at this point in a truce. I’m satisfied and both unsatisfied, but agree generally that the methodology for transactions just is not great and I acknowledge that not being triple A and choosing this method was just the way they probably settled on, in a cost effective manner. I get it, but I still put the finger into FDevs chest for doing it this way in the first place.

That is true. I certainly wish this game wasn't P2P based, it would solve a LOT of issues with Horizons, but especially with Odyssey. Unfortunately, that's spilt milk under the bridge.
When complaining it's best to actually explain these things then, if not it can be assumed no tests have been done on the OP's end because most people simply don't know how to do these tests, then they can be walked through the correct process.

Well, if they were here for our money:
a) they would have squeezed EDO on consoles, no matter how bad it would have been running.
Not doing so is costing them money.
b) they already got a very bad deal out of this.
I payed 20 Euros and i played over 3000 hours. That's 150h for every Euro spent. And i still play and it's getting even cheaper.
IN YOUR FACE AAA Game Studios that are selling games worth of 20-50h of gameplay for 50-60 Euros.
Free money is better than money you have to work for.

I mean, i payed for ED once (20 Euros for Elite+Horizons+Commander_Pack) and i played for 3 years already (3000+ hours) and i expect to play even more than that since the servers are running.
I pay more than that to see a 1-2h concert.
Fair enough, I just don't see the point in investing into something that I get nothing in return,or ever will. They said it themselves that they are not doing anything new for Horizons, we (console) are now on the outside looking in,always seeing, but never gonna be welcome at the table anymore.

But what do you get from a game except the fun while you playing?
If it's fun you keep playing.
When it's not fun anymore, you stop playing.
And in our specific case, if you enjoyed Horizons on Console, you can still keep enjoying it.
