this time without what appeared to be a stock-footage ship overlayed onto the "in-game footage".
New, positive Elite Dangerous stuff is good for the game, so I hope this venture succeeds.
But maybe the content overseers at Just About could better attune to their new audience if casually posting fake footage of potential game developments then removing without comment once spotted is within their operating parameters, as it appears to be. Or maybe that's just me.

I personally can't see what all the fuss is about, the original footage was obviously just showing a cut down version of the Panther Clipper (imho), Two rotatable engines as against the Frontier Elite 2 'Panther' version (with the four rotatable engines / thrusters), probably renamed the 'Panther Mk 0.5' ... maybe ...Na!
In any case, to clear up any confusion I think the future Panther 'Clipper' should be fast tracked in development, and be ready for early access next week.
And...of course, this would then be showcased on the 'Just About Elite Dangerous' website also next week.
In return...I would expect no less than a fully kitted out (A rated) Panther Mk2, with a unique paint job, and of course a free download of the ship for me personally for thinking of this great idea.

I need to ask. Alex Sinclair, I assume its JustAboutAlex, is a JustAbout member, not related to Frontier workforce or Elite dangerous development, except for this partnership.

I replied with the Fuel rats peak of rescues when Epic gave free Elite Dangerous, and the hutton mug fandom page, with the description "made with the FSD of pilots that ran out of fuel", but find it funny that the Free Anaconda and my post appear so real that he recommended the exactly opposite type of advice.

Hey @Gut! Whilst we are still in beta, we wanted to ensure members could use their money however they see fit - whether thats in gaming or anywhere else. Paypal was the right fit for us as one of the largest payment vendors in the world however we absolutely plan to add more vendors in future.

Ultimately, I don't think Frontier have done a 'no mans sky' after the odyssey debacle. we don't even know what the new feature is.
Perhaps this is why no man's Skys player retention is way, way higher. by them simply increasing development of their game.
Paying people for what ever 'what about' is asking for isn't going to improve the game. or player retention. I really don't think it will.

Being more on topic, having a 25 credit base limit means you are kind of locked into doing more than one piece of Elite related content- that may put off some.
