Thank you all so very much for (I won't stop saying this so please accept it for the 100th time) your patience this evening with the release rollout of Update 14.

IMPORTANT NEWS

Update 14 will now be available for Legacy (3.8) versions of Elite Dangerous, following the requirement of additional server support.

Known Issue:

• Warnings do not currently play on Fleet Carriers and players can remain on the outside until final 10 seconds.​

Can you check if the Scorpion SRV is (surely) erroneously listed for sale in "legacy" mode? - at least it was listed with several of its' stats marked at zero, at Jameson Memorial a week or two ago!

For others reading
for me there was an extremely long, long, long, login to server time but it finaly made a connection...
(expect this is a verification to select which server farm the account should link to for the very first time after update)
It then dropped the game play server connection instantly boo...wont enable actual game server... waited and waited nothing..
Rebooted game Login super quick second time and got connection and still up...

Appears not, checked both a local military surface port, which had no SRVs at all; and Jameson Memorial, which only had the Scarab.
It still remains fitted in my AspX though:

It's greyed out, as it always has been in 3.8.

Well Frontier should give you some sort of compensation for being allowed to buy it at all, if we're not supposed to be able to use it - maybe the Cobra mark IV*!!

(*Which NPCs can fly on PS4, but we can't!! )

Also confirming my third FC STRACZYNSKI 8 is not seeable in legacy version...
Only 6 and 7 well it was free so no loss...

I also kept all my bounty values they normally get whiped during updates... so pluses allround...
