Zulu Romeo enterprises. I can see the empire nowI wonder if we could end up making enough to negate the fleet carrier maintenance cost...![]()
They are HUGE! And what is the benefit? It is completely unclear. And most importantly, why can't I regulate the visits to my stations considering how much time I need to build them. In short, so far everything looks very unpleasant.Other than CMM Composites, what's wrong with the reqs?
Trader with a T9 or Clipper, even a Corvette kitted for trading can move most of those reqs no problem in a very short amount of time. They are HUGE! And what is the benefit? It is completely unclear. Was fixed, just tried. And the bartender sales seem to work as well again![]()
Yeah, CMM composites availability is going to be a big blocker. There isn't
Yeah thats an interesting update, if it stays that way may need to start collecting resources to claim a system later once the expansion has progressed outwardsWow, I see now the system architect will receive income from his/her systems, plus discounts on ships and equipment. That is new. Originally there was no specific reward proposed as far as I remember, other than sandbox impact and steering the colonized system economy to your advantage.
I wonder how many have spent the last few days hauling CMM Composites to a largely meaningless CG?
Not that I'm complaining but I can see how some people will baulk at the build reqs.Other than CMM Composites, what's wrong with the reqs?
True, will be a grind, FC will help a lot. The CMM Composite is brutal. Hope those new supply ships from the CG are meant to help with that. Not that I'm complaining but I can see how some people will baulk at the build reqs.
An orbis build needs 238,676 tons of materials (I added up the mats list from a post on page 4 above). For any solo player (sans fleet carrier or squadron to help) that's a lot of grind. I run a shieldless T9 for cargo runs (called bullseye btw) with 786ton cargo capacity, so that'd be 303 trips assuming full cargo on each run from supply station to station construction. Easy to share that amongst a squadron but hell of a lot of runs for solo player. I'm v.close to top 10 in current CG having hauled 90k tons so far in my T9 in just over a week so used to heavy haulin - but very repetitive. The CMM composites may be the toughest part though. Inara shows highest spawn is 178 in LP292 sector so to gather 11000 of these is 62 runs alone for any solo player unless the task is shared by a squad and a FC to do the heavy haulin.
