Elite Dangerous | Trailblazers Update 2 - Wednesday March 19

The nearest one is just 97 LY from the system I'm building. But for others in the wrong side of the bubble it can be ~200 Ly away apparently.
Yeah, I have one that is two jumps from me which is pretty nice. I don't have to go to the other side of the bubble for Emergency Power Cells.

Good morning,
I have tested colonization on two systems and have come to the following conclusions:

1. There needs to be a window in the system map displaying all relevant information about the colonized system.
This would help with system development and understanding which aspects to focus on to balance different elements of the system.
For example: How do I assess happiness? The level of development? Wealth?

2. Assistance is needed in material delivery starting from the second station onward (i.e., from the first one after conquering the system).
I believe a delivery service system using Bots—where players pay both for the materials and an equivalent amount in credits for delivery—would be great to develop.
For example: I need 100 units of water, I order it, pay 1,000,000 credits for the water and 1,000,000 credits for transport.
Based on the system's security level, this could lead to different failure rates and potential non-deliveries.
For example: In a low-security system, delivery success is 40%, while in a high-security system, it's 80%.

3. The game needs a paid system (Arx) for renaming a system with a name chosen by the player, similar to how station renaming currently works.
There are too many systems with names that are very similar to others.

4. A transport ship is needed that can carry 40% more materials than current ones.
There are too many materials to transport for the stations.

Ladies and gentleman, this is your captain speaking, prepare for invasi -, sorry, colonization !

Good to see further development of E:D, but I think the inability to colonise worlds outside of the bubble is a huge mistake. I've made my home in Colonia, and I just see the expansion of the bubble as positive, but even better if we could expand Colonia space, encouraging more people to develop worlds outside of the bubble, and between Colonia and the bubble. I really hope the Devs unlock this

Trailblazer mega ships at last but the nearest one to me is 11 Cutter jumps away so not at all helpful as I can get the commodities at systems that are 1 to 3 jumps away. Seems to me that for most players these will be filling stations for FC.

Already happening. There are 25 FC's hovering over the one in Klikis.

I sort of suspect they eventually will, but at the same time I'm glad they haven't done this yet. Seems like they have a lot of community focused "the milky way is a big board game" type features planned to roll out over the next year+, and I'd much prefer more of that to be in place and a bit better vetted before it gets dropped on Colonia.

I think it's a real oversight that these supply megaships don't follow a flight plan and move around the bubble on a regular weekly basis like many other megaships (at least as far as I know). There was no way that five (or even all eight) were ever going to be able to spread themselves fairly around the bubble without being right next to some people's colonisations and hundreds of light years from others.
Yeah, that is a bizarre choice, but then skewing them "north*" is also a bizarre choice.

It makes me wonder if they're all in that direction for some reason or other, that only Brewer Corp are aware of at this time, but we will find out soon enough...

* I'm using quotes but actually that is the IAU definition of north
