Cheers Michael, I only experienced that for the first and only time on Tuesday and it confused me royally. Having to check each and every enemy for faction membership makes BH a bit of a chore so this is greatly appreciated.

Another thing that should be fixed I think
When you shoot and wanted ship sometimes your gimballed weapons fire on the police and they intently fine you and try to take you down.
I think that you should give the fine as a warning and after more 5 shots or 2-4% damage to the police ship they need to start shot at you.
It's really hard on RES to aim on wanted person when there are about 3-5 police ships.
Really hope you can think about that
