Elite Dangerous | Update 13 Notes

Connection error after completing conflict zone on foot and magic teleporting to the opposite side of bubble for free. 25 minutes to call closest ship and too long for Apex to get me back. Damn it.

How bugged is the game it is no more fun to play it. Just this session - went to the settlements and was scanned multiple times, on the third times guards turned hostile - why? I didn't do anything, I don't have any fines from this faction, I have ally reputation, why 2 scans went well?
Ok. I fly to some outpost and take by mistake a mission of wrong type (wanted source&return as I had exact same cargo, but it was transport). Ok I didn't take any cargo from the mission and rejected it. And immediately got anonymous access to the station services and no information of fines or anything. what???

Being allied doesn't mean anything for getting scanned. Being scanned multiple times is a thing; there's just a cooldown between scans of around a minute or so, and i don't think it's global.

Third time they went hostile? Guess you did something between scans that made you of interest... cloned an id, picked up an item, earned a bounty even.

C&P is bugged as all hell in Odyssey, but mostly in how it displays fines/bounties.

Abandoning a transport mission will fine you for the value of the items... doesn't matter if you take it or not.

Or even just didn’t stand still enough or soon enough while they performed the scan.

No. I am pretty sure I didn't do anything bad. One thing I suspect - I was standing in front of terminal blocking NPC path so he was angry and not sure if the same one turned hostile after scanning. I also opened box which had no code, but didn't took anything. But it was even before first scans. Also I didn't take mission proposed by settlement administrator. That's it.

It would make much more sense to take into account loaded cargo and if not punish only by reputation loss.

After logging off and on I managed to see and get rid of them. And in both cases (bugged scan and abandoned mission) it wa a bounty for ~250000cr. I know credits are nothing nowadays, but what 250k x 2 for nothing but bugs. Just so annoying.

Yet another bug - this time with fleet carrier jumps. I ordered my carrier to jump in same system from one planet orbit to another. After getting a message that jump completed (while not being on the carrier) I took a look on the map to found that my carrier position didn't change. I tried to jump out of system and back in. It didn't help. Then I flew to the carrier signal and after dropping on the point there was nothing. After getting back to SC the position got updated.

The thing is that this happens not the first time. Last time I though I made a mistake and ordered jump again just to figure out it didn't make any difference bu Tritium to be spent (5 tonns).
