Will this be applied to the carrier's mass for jump fuel calculations?
I wonder if we're going to see a massively overloaded carrier using its full 1000t of Tritium for a 20 LY jump, as it tries to get back to a management system to sell the packs![]()
? What making it in a barely playable state for you? Will it be possible to enter the codex again, after the update? There has been no reaction from Fdev so far regarding that Problem. Game is again in a barely playable state!

Try to do the asimuth saga without using the safed logs in the codex.? What making it in a barely playable state for you?
Game running fine on my ps4 pro. Though I'm using solo mode.
Work around for now, possible spoilersTry to do the asimuth saga without using the safed logs in the codex.
Tomorrow, hmm?
Looking forward to it.
(Hoping it addresses the issue where ship docked interface stops responding after you jump inside a carrier. Not super impactful as you can just exit to main menu and come back to fix it, but I can hope.)
just like consoles we really want performance improved. And ... not much sign of that. It will be nice to get some bugs fixed (maybe even re-fixed), but we're all really looking at the performance. Is it just me or does it seem like the excitement for these updates seem to be on the decline? Console user here, so the update doesn't really affect me much, but even the PC users seem to be getting more skeptical about seeing fixes.
Given we haven't yet seen the list of what's in this, I'm not sure how much excitement you were expecting at this point. Is it just me or does it seem like the excitement for these updates seem to be on the decline? Nah, it is a matter of what the "fixes" break when they fix it. If they were my plumber, I'd call them over to fix the toilet, and they'd fix it, and after that, when I flush my toilet, my washing machine turns on, and the dishwasher doesn't work anymore. Is it just me or does it seem like the excitement for these updates seem to be on the decline? I guess really what I was comparing are previous updates where there was that sense of hope that there would be significant performance issues and people looking forward to the update. Just like you said, there's not much about what is coming in 8, but it feels like there's more skepticism that anything significant is going to happen. Like I said, probably just my perception from the few folks who have made some posts.Given we haven't yet seen the list of what's in this, I'm not sure how much excitement you were expecting at this point.
Don't even have to do that, if you look at one of your menu panels, like the chat panel for instance and look away again the cursor will be back on the docking menu properly.Tomorrow, hmm?
Looking forward to it.

Not that you or anyone at frontier really cares but it's also delaying a release on console longer than necessary tooAre there any significant performance improvements? After so many patches I’m hoping to finally see a special post like this discussing Odyssey’s abysmal performance (when compared to Horizons). What are the causes, what’s being done to fix it, how much of an improvement can be expected, etc.
I thought one of these patches would be completely focused on fixing the performance instead of just a little bit at a time each patch. After 6 months that approach doesn’t seem to be getting anywhere.
