Another bugfix release!

• Fix crash when incorrectly attempting to save/load Actions as settings
• Corrections to prevent crash with how Telegram plugin handles passed HttpClient
• Fix issue where settings changes caused by plugin Actions were not saved
• Finally fix startup crash on windows when no Elite Dangerous journal folder was present (#15), which I said I'd do ages ago but kept forgetting.

This (with BioInsights) saved me heaps of time on a recent month-long exploration trip. Upon my return, I was finally able to afford a carrier.

Now that I'm back in the bubble, I've discovered that all my data across both my commanders are mixed together. I created an issue on GitHub (118), but I'm wondering if this is an issue with Core, or the BioInsights plugin. Did I post the issue in the correct place?

Edit: I just got my answer, it's an issue with the plugin. I posted my issue in the wrong place.
