Welcome!! Engineers Baltanos, Eleanor Bresa, Rosa Dayette, Yi Shen are now available in the Colonia region.

Can anyone confirm is the Real Noise Suppression is real or fake? I don't want a long journey go to waste later on.
In wiki and inara it says he only have Noise Suppressor that only works in pressurized environment.
Though from the Update 8 patch notes you see above says otherwise. Is this misinformation? Or a bug perhaps?

Noise suppressor works inside buildings
Audio masking works outside.

It does what it says. It's NOT a combination of noise suppression and audio masking.
It's the same mod as in the Bubble.

Not that i don't know the difference the two, i just wondering if whats written in the patch notes was real since it was by the community manager.
Then the patch notes here https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/elite-dangerous-odyssey-update-8-notes.592174/ is a misinformation about it.

yeah, lots of people have trouble realising that words can be ambiguous. just look at all the engineer unlock requirement complaints

I have a problem with Baltanos. I am ally to Colonia Council and I don't see any invitation from him.
Should I be EXACTLY friendly with Council?

Just do a mission or anything else that gives or loses you rep with Colonia Council.
The game needs a reminder you are friendly+ with CC.

@Bigmaec I've donated money what should change repo. But it had no impact.
